Eating Plan Help

hi to everybody!

I really need your opinion on this,cause i heard a lot of different things on diets exercise etc.

this is what i do:

breackfast 8:00am
vitamin E and C
tuna
a cup of beans or rice
vegetables
tea

8:30am
1 lipo6 caplet

9:00am
rutine
30 min cardio (monday,wednesday,friday)
arms (monday)
chest and back (wednesday)
legs (friday)

4 exercises on the bowflex 3x15 for any part on the day that correspond

11.30am
protein shake

2:00pm
1 lipo6 caplet

2:30pm
chicken breast
cup of rice
vegetables
tea

5:00pm
protein shake

7:30
dinner
tuna or chicken breast
vegetables
tea

9:00 or 9:30
Protein shake

what you guys think about this???am i doing right???is it enough???
i’m 26 years old,1.73cm,and 34 weist and i want to be around 32 or 31.

is it good to do cardio everyday??
some people told me just the days of workout,and some people says all days!
please any help i’ll appreciate!!!

ok i was reading all those articles, and i will do cardiovascular exercise like walk 2 miles just the day of workout,monday arms,wednesday chest and back,friday legs.

to gain muscle,but my doubts its if there is nothing wrong with the protein shake and the lipo 6 pills,is that enough to be in muscle gain way???

i don’t want to look fat,i want to build muscle and look kind of thin.
