Eating on 'Off' Days

How much less do you all eat on off days, when not lifting when shooting for max hypertrophy?

I aim for the same.

The only thing that differs is I dont have a post workout carb/whey shake.

I still do my oatmeal and whey preworkout, even though there is no workout, mabey some cardio or some pick up with the guys.

I see no reason to cripple your recovery by eating less on off days, your body is repairing some pretty serious damage, and you damn well better give it what it needs to do so or your gains will be nonexistent.

I keep food around the same point, but lower my carbs and up my fats and protein.
