Eating Less on Rest/Cardio Days?

woh woh woh 160g protein, 110g fat? i dont like those numbers at all. shoot for ~2g of protein/lbs, this increase in calories will allow you to drop that fat level to something like 80-90g instead. Higher carb days should see lower fat days, and vice versa. protein ALWAYS high. I’d look into a tested/proven lighting program an rep scheme, not sure how i feel about your current plan, although its obviously better than nothing…
