Eating for Wrestling

I am a high school wrestler (senior). I’m wrestling at 130 right now, with the option of going to 125 later in the year ( was around 140 before the season). I’m sort of struggling to develop a consistent diet for my sport. I have experimented with paleo/ low carb to cut weight, but this has turned into a cycle of cutting/ binge eating, which I don’t feel is doing me any good.

Any suggestions? Is paleo practical for wrestling, would I need more carbs for energy or something?

I’m currently wrestling 6 days a week and lifting 2 days a week. (no days off during the week). My schedule has been eat really strict during the week and then when I get home after the match I just eat a shitload of food to the point of discomfort.
