Ok guys I need your help.SO here is the deal: I recently began training for track (October of 2004) after a car accident where I fractured my pelvis. I made a full recovery thank God. Neway i run the 400m, 200m and i participate in the Long Jump. I am looking for an edge and i feel that eating the rite stuff can do that. I’m a high school student (6 feet, 145lbs). So i am wondering what advice would u give me interms of eating for peak performance? If u need any other information about me, my diet or training regiment please let me know. Thanks .
