Eating for Mass

Hi

i’m right now eating for mass.

This is what i eat every day, its about 4000 cal.
please tell me what you think, thanks.

meal 1
5 pancakes
(2 whole eggs)
(1 cup off milk)
about 800 cal.

Meal 2
4 slices of brown bread
1 big chicken breast
1 cup milk
700 cal.

meal 3
4 slices of brown bread
2 whole eggs
1 cup of milk
700 cal.

meal 4
100g white rice
2 big chicken breast
1 cup milk
700 cal

meal 5
100g white rice
2 whole eggs
1 cup milk
700 cal

meal 6
100g white rice
1 big chicken breast
1 cup milk
700 cal

Do you think this is all right.

Kind of a brief post, but anyway.

At a glance, I would add more fruits and veg, and more protein.

I would up your good fats, doesn’t look like you are getting too many in there. Add in some olive oil, fish oil, red meat, ect. If you do that you can cut down on some of those carbs. It looks a bit carb heavy to me.

I agree.

yeah dont be afraid to eat other meat, like ground beef and stuff… the fats are good for you, chicken doesn’t really have anyhting in it besides protein

Looks like way to many carbs, more protein and healthy fats need to be added, also try to get more fruits and vegetables. You might have the kcal total correct but you can’t turn a carbohydrate into lean muscle.
