Eating Fat before bed

I am currently leaning out and already know to cut carbs out in the evening. I also do not combine carbs with fats.

Is eating healthy fats (almonds, natural peanut butter, fish oil/flax oil) along with a multi-vitamin and some protein a good idea when trying to drop body fat?

Eating fats with protein is fine as long as it doesn’t cause you to eat too many calories for the day.

As long as your calories are in check, it’s fine. I’ve been doing it pretty consistently while dropping fat for the last few weeks.
