Eating Before Sleep ...

Is there a research that shows the connection between eating before sleep and health/gaining weight?

if there is a connection, please share the link to the research, thanks!

You could ask a much more informed question if you do a bit of research.

Outside of breakfast, pre, during and post workout meals, when you consume food isn’t as important as what/how much you consume. A meal high in casein protein and fat before bed will give your body a steady source of nutrients throughout most of the night. Just don’t force yourself to wake up in the middle of the night to drink a shake and you should be fine.

x2

What you eat before bed won’t make much difference if you’re not eating enough throughout the day and don’t have your peri-workout nutrition covered.
