as i went through the thread i didn’t notice any particular warning about eating and taking Carbolin 19 at the same time. meaning say you take you the pills 15 minutes before breakfast or something of that nature…i just want to clarify this incase i missed anything on the thread thanks.

It really doesn’t matter. Absorption may be slightly higher when taken with food, but that’s about it.
