Eating All Day Long

Like most people on here I prepare food in advance to take to work with the idea of having a meal at 9:00, 11:00, 13:00, 15:00 etc. etc.

The problem is I find myself just “snacking” throughout the entire day i.e. I’m eating something ever 10-15 mins. I’m not eating shit though, it’s 90% clean

Is that a bad thing? Should I be taking definite breaks between meals? My own thoughts tell me it doesn’t matter, I’m still getting the calories, but what do you guys think?

i’m eating in excess (cleanly) too…and i usually am also eating all day long

i just take each of my “meals” and break them up and eat every so often.

i would believe it’s better for your body as far as your blood sugar levels go.

it doesn’t matter either way, however it might be easier to overeat without noticing if you’re eating very frequently.

If it’s a problem, try distracting yourself; read a book, go outside, do something besides hang around the kitchen
