Does anyone here actually just eat whatever they want when ever they want and not follow a strict diet?
Im sure there are a lot of guys out there who dont really care what they eat and work out and still get good physiques…GOOD physiques. But if you want a GREAT body (ie: a T-Mag Body) your diet is definately one of the most important components. I feel sorry for all those guys who lift weights 7 days a week and eat like shit and are proud of their 26% BF bodies. Be a true Testosterone man and promise you will never ask such a question again.
I can honestly say that my diet isn’t that great; however, I still make sure to get in enough protein and calories. I am 18 years old so I guess I can get away with it, especially because of my blazing metabolism. Right now, I’m 6’1" and about 195 lbs at maybe 11% bodyfat and i’m gaining very well. I’m in college right now, so the cafeteria food blows, so i usually eat two double cheeseburgers for lunch (485 calories each!).
