Hello! I’m brand new too T nation and I’m starting my new lifestyle tomorrow with the easy-hard gainer workout plan
And I’m currenty lost on the nutrition side… The best kind of shopping list I could find is in the book “scrawny to brawny” and I guess I will
Follow that for now… Although if you have ever read the book the food is ehhh… And I was curious if anyone had a shopping list I could go by
Or a better nutrition plan to pack in around 3000c a day… Thanks in advance…
