He's pretty streamlined, and obviously put in a lot of work, but that physique is quite achievable in a matter of a few years for anyone. Honestly, that's probably about as far as anyone could hope to go using straight up body weight training. He is doing basically everything right though (explosive movements, HARD body weight stuff, and adding resistance as he can). Looks like he also makes use of a weight vest, which could potentially be adding 50-80 pounds to some of his lifts.
He's done well for himself if he used nothing but that playground and a weight vest, that's for sure.
