Easiest Way to Lose Fat?

Currently I’m doing cardio (walking/running) for around 1.5 hours 3 times weekly but I can’t seem to lose enough fat. It took me over 4 months to lose 20 pounds.

So, does anyone know any good exercises I should focus on or should I just keep walking/running?

Also, do any of those “fat burning pills” actually work (if you use them with the workout of course)

Hows your diet thats #1 and what are you doing for resistance training??

Couldn’t echo this anymore, diet is an overwhelming part to any body change.

I’ve cut down on sweets and fatty foods and started to eat alot more healthy

OK so what are you eating and are you doing resistance training>??

I suggest you read the are yiou a beginner thread above the links on diet and training and come back with more specific and educated questions
