My little brother got about 3-4 pounds of this stuff that someone was going to throw away (that should probably be a tipoff.) I’ve heard a lot of bad things on here about EAS, but I was just wondering if it would be of any benefit to take this stuff. Per serving it’s said that there are 20g protein, 4g carbs, 2g fat. Ingredients are whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, cocoa powder, natural and artificial flavors, lecithin and acesulfame potassium. My view is it can’t hurt to try the stuff, would anybody disagree?
Nothing wrong with the stuff at all, just take it it’s free. mix it with cottage cheeses, or stir it in your oatmeal
