Leg press 5x15,DBBP 5x10, fat bar curls 5x8, lat Pulldown 5x10
Done as a circuit.
Nothing too taxing. Recovery is king. Sold a cambered bench bar. Barely used it over the last 5 years. Seemed like a good idea at the time. It was ok for rows.
