Incline BP 5x8, cable row 5x10, side bends 5x20, EZ curls 5x6
Clean up with triceps 50, rear delts 50
Going to go a little slow with the Incline BP for a week or two, then start to push it up . Felt great.
Friday night pizza and beer , Netflix movie night.

What type of beer?

Guinness draft in the can, with the widget.
That’s the winter beer.
Summer varies, I like a local New England beer, Lost Nation,when I can find it.

It’s a toss up between Marstons Old Empire IPA and Brewdog Punk IPA.

Forgot Laguinitas IPA.

Laguinitas makes good beer.
IPA’s are so popular. I like to support local breweries, but some of the IPA’s are so bitter. Like the old Keystone commercial.

Needed to squat in the morning, I was definitely not ready. I’ve been working out and training in the afternoon for years.

SSBGM 5x10,CSR 5x10, dips 2 sets, this was a bad idea for my shoulders. Why I did the second set makes no sense to me.
