I thought I was in pretty good shape. I was short of breath, then sweating, then just hanging on.
Nothing worse then short of breath without a sweat.

I’m doing about 90% of a beginners session.
Another few weeks and I might try some easy intermediate.
It’s work, very different than weights or some traditional conditioning work.

Just drove home from NYC, my youngest ran a 1/2 marathon yesterday. We were able to drop her off at work today. Strange as it seems seeing her office building made me feel better about her safety.
I would rather be castrated …I got a guy I console on lifting who does Spartan races. He keeps wanting me to do one with him. My answer is always the same…HELL NO!!

Maybe try some sandbag work.
It’s on my list to try.
I don’t have any sandbags now. Easy enough to remedy.
I recommend Rogue 150 lb. Add sand in small amounts over time as you progress, to get to 150.
