Eagle Loops & CoC Grippers

I was wondering who else uses these. My girlfrind gave them to me for Valentines Day. Played around. I can close the CoC#1 (both hands) and am 1 cm away from closing the #2 with my right, 2 cm away with the left. Did a 106kg lift per hand with the Eagle loops.

What kind of training protocols do you use?

The pic is 2x20 kg kettlebells.

I just got my CoC gripper and was wondering the same thing. Does anyone know of any good training routines or good online sources for grip training?

not sure about specific routines. i pyramid up on my crushers. doing 2 sets of 10 on each 1. then do the rollers, pinch work and wrist curls with the barbell. dieselcrew.com is a great place to learn. they have a lot of articles on verious grip training styles depending on what aspect of your grip you want to imporve as well as links to other grip sites.
