Which do you prefer and why? Why would you take one over the other?
EAA’s are more of a survival type thing. while bcaa’s have signalling effects, spec leucine i think, that trigger anti-catabolism.
Either I’m confused or the OP is confused.
The three BCAAs are all EAAs but this is nothing to be concerned with if you’re getting your protein from a nice variety of sources anyway. And I’m referring to whole foods here, not a collection of different powders.
