hey guys looking for your opinions on bcaas/eaa’s? i am currently bulking and using bcaas(xtend) during to limit muscle catabolism. was wondering if i should also purchase eaa’s or should i save my money?
when would you take eaa’s if i did get them. i usually have a complex carb/protein meal pre workout( supply of eaa’s already) so was thinking to take them post to help with protein synthesis is this viable?
