I didn’t want to hijack the other stretching thread that just popped up, so here’s my new one. I’ve been searching for a T-Nation article focusing on dynamic stretching, but only found a roundtable discussion w/ a few strength coaches’ opinions instead. Can anybody point me in the right direction?

If you want a routine you could check out the jumpstretch website. It uses their bands obviously but has some good stretchs, my favorite being the back traction movement.
