Usually 8-10 sets of 3 for bench or 8-10 sets of 2 for squat/dead, but remember those are just guidelines that you'll find anywhere if you type "dynamic effort" into Google
While it's a pretty good guide, stop when you start losing bar speed. If you do another set or two for the sake of finishing the prescribed number of sets, but do them more slowly, it's counterproductive.
