Can you do dynamic effort and supra-maximal eccentrics on the same day and achieve results from both? Or would the eccentric training cancel out any dynamic effort training?
Example of one day:
Power Muscle-ups, 8x3, dynamic effort
One arm eccentric chins + weight, 5x1x(each arm)
Power cleans + jerk, 8x3, dynamic effort
Handstand to planche eccentrics, sets up to 30 seconds
