Is it possible to have a dynamic effort day for squats while training the olympic lifts?
I realize that most of the articles on dynamic squats focus on using a box squat technique which may not be all that great for Oly lifts.
I was contemplating using them as a type of unloading day from my max effort squats performed earlier in the week (possibly adding in some extra resistance in the form of bands). Sets would be 8-10 with 2 reps of between 55%-70% of max.
Anyway, just asking as I am new to the olympic lifts, but am finding my knees to be sore squating twice weekly on top of practicing the lifts.
