During and Post-Workout...

if i do during and post workout supplimentation, say i use Surge, do i put one serving and split it or do two survings?

8 servings… 1 serving 30 minutes before, 15 minutes before, 5 minutes before, 15 minutes into workout, 30 minutes into workout, 1 serving before leaving gym, another 15 minutes post workout, and another whenever.
