I have come up with 2 different DUP hybrid programs that include bodybuilding sets along with compound strength sets.
My questions to you are,
Have you used a DUP style scheme before?
What DUP system worked the best for you as far as all around strength and size gains?
Have you tried one of my workouts?
Do you have any recommendations?
