anyone know of a source for throwing dummies, dummy-like heavy bags used for wrestling training, or mma?
here’s a link of what I’m talking about, but this place wants several hundred $$ just for what is essentially a suped-up heavy bag.
http://www.suples.com/dummy.htm
if I could figure out how I’d make my on.

Those combat sports dummies are not the best. Just dont have a realistic feel and they’re too short.
I wish I knew of a cheap source for quality throwing dummies, but I think that is an oxymoron. You get what you pay for.
