Dumbbell Rows Soreness


Doing dumbbell rows i havent felt that mylats have been worked fully, and instead i get a sore pain kinda like doms instantly on my shoulder blades, im wondering if this is to do with weak external rotators as my physio told me to do external rotation work.


Dumbell rows dont put much strain on the lats. More about rear delts rhomboids and mid traps.

Add lat specific work.
