Dumbbell Lifting With Wrist Issue

Is there a device, strap, tool, whatever, that would allow someone to use dumbbells but shift the load off the hand? Even powerlifting straps are a problem.

Both. Weight can’t be on the hand. Anything proximal from the wrist is fine.

Is barbell lifting a problem?

No help pushing but these may help with pulling?
