What do You think about such a method:?
Dumbbell incline bench row.

Weight allowing me to do 6 solid reps, shoulders retracted at the top (elbows behind the body - rhomboid focused), good squeeze (2 seconds) and then, when fatigue kicks in and i can’t maintain form, I do couple partial reps more (elbows parralel to the torso) focusing on lats
