Typically I get 34-36 x 30-32 and get the waist/length altered as needed. I ordered Duluth Trading Company Office Rebel Khakis in 34x30 and the waist was too small. I exchanged for 36x30 and they are a little big in the waist but not enough to need alteration. Strange that the waist sizing runs so small compared to other brands.
Just an FYI to those who have the pants issue. The crotch gusset is amazing.
