In one of Dan Duchaine’s last articles, he wrote about his idea of the best 1st time cycle. His philosophy is that the first time is always the best so don’t waste it using wussy drugs. Dan writes, “DON’T fart those gains away with chicken-shit dosages or with some girlie, weak-assed steroid.” He basically recommends shooting 600 to 1000 mg of Test enanthate or cypionate per week. In part II of the article, he was supposed to talk about injection schedules, cautions, concerns, etc. Problem is he died before part II was posted. So my questions are:
What kind of schedule is best, keeping in mind that I’m a first timer and want to keep side effects to a minimum? I was thinking of a 2 on/4 off schedule.
Ethanthate or Cypionate?
How should I use Clomid based on your recommendations?
Anything I’m missing here?
I’m in my early 30 and have added 25 pounds of muscle naturally and using some Biotest stuff. I have over 10 years of lifting experience and know the in’s and out’s of diet. I would like to add 15 to 20 pounds as safely as possible. Thanks to anyone who can help.
