Dual Purpose Workout?

Hi everyone.
Im looking for a training program that will give me the best of two worlds. Lean mass gain. and endurance/flexibility for MMA. Ive been training MMA for about 9 months now, previous to that I was following a WSB program.

Im trying to find a way to blend the two together if possible. I want to maintain size and strength, but gain flexibility and endurance. Ive lost 35lbs since I started MMA and I dont want to loose any more weight. ive come down from 205 to 170. any suggestions?
