Hello, My name is Joe. I’m fat, but I’m trying to fix that. In this little thread I’ll post about my journey, My stumbles, my falls, and more importantly my triumphs.

I started out at the beginning of the year at a weight of 364.
I’m 5 foot 11.
This morning I weighed in at 345.

My first Measurements on 04-17-2008:

  • Around the largest part of your belly/love-handle area 56.5
  • Upper leg (thigh) 29
  • Lower leg (calf) 21.5
  • Ankle 11.5
  • Chest: Across nipple line 57
  • Between belly button and nipple line (upper abs area) 53
  • Upper arm 16.5
  • Neck 18

This Mornings measurements:

  • Around the largest part of your belly/love-handle area 56

  • Ankle 11
  • Chest: Across nipple line 55
  • Between belly button and nipple line (upper abs area) 52 1/2
  • Upper arm 15 1/2

Todays Food:

1 small Banana
5 Small Strawberry’s
4 Omega 3 Eggs
2 Servings Turkey Sausage

15 Buffalo wing Sections
Small Salad (romaine Lettuce)

Small Apple

9 Buffalo Wing sections
Large Salad (Romaine Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cucumber, Bean Sprouts, and Vinegar)

2 Packets of sugar-free Hawaiian punch. (these things rock and are only 5 cals a packet)

lots of Water and green tea

I KNOW … it’s not enough food.

I walked in the morning and also the afternoon, But did not get to the gym today because I had so much going on. I think I need to start getting up earlier.

Good to see you starting a log in here, drumhogg! There’s good motivation, and definite accountability in here.

Got up at 5am and walked 2 miles, Couldn’t get to the gym because my daughters sick and she can’t be in the nursery. Hopefully she’ll be better tomorrow.
