Aight so I couldn't figure out where to post this. Most of you will think its pretty stupid, but I've put on some pounds lately, doing a bulk. I was wondering what the best way you guys think I can drop weight in one day, starting tomorrow by tomorrow night. I know I can dehydrate myself all that, but is there any super way to sweat out that you guys can help me on. My abs are somewhat visible, I just wanna water manipulate it so I can get the cut feeling. I know I can do it, I've done it for wrestling, I was basically just asking if you guys had any suggestions.
Why, what's the reason to get this "cut feeling"?
