The latest article - https://www.t-nation.com/training/tip-drop-the-garbage-sets-and-train-smarter - was really what i needed given that i'm finally switching to more of a hypertrhophy approach now and I find this to be a pretty good alternative to a PPLPPL type of training. Thanks for that.
Can you please give me some advice on set x reps scheme for this?
For example for back and deadlift day i have:
deadlift - 3 x 5
barbell row 5x5
pull ups 5 to failure
shurgs 3 x 15.
I just think this is not enough volume. Am i doing anything wrong? As i said my goal is mainly hypertrophy but I feel that my body react better to strength style reps.
