Ok the bodyfat is starting to bug me badly so I need to drop about 10#. I recently increased my water consumption and started doing cardio 3-4x/week. What I plan on doing is using JMB’s ‘pre-diet’ protocol. Do 4 weeks of cardio everyday while maintaining bodyweight then drop the calories down, reduce the cardio, and keep lifting the same. I intend to do the classic Fat Fast with MD6, T2, Tribex, M (or Vitex) and MAG-10 added and hold the diet for as long as I can. Any suggestions about this plan?
