Hey guys, I read the article that speaks about the importance of the drive and desire to win in games. My experience with the rugby team came to mind. My school was putting together a rugby team for 15-a-side tournament. The thing is there are so little rugby players. So they recruited guys with no background but with a dying desire to suceed. Essentially, almost the whole forward pack (or almost half the team) had no prior experience. Coupled with our desire and aggression (a few of us used to be gangsters) we almost toppled this team which have an established rugby team. We lost out by one point which came in the last few seconds. That taught me a lot about your mindset in sports, be it rugby or football.
