hey everyone, just a few questions:
what are the reasons for drinking a protein shake/chocolate milk/Surge DURING workout, in addition to POST workout? is it for energy? to have a constant flow of nutrients to the muscles? or is it just burned as fuel? why?
what effects would drinking a shake during a workout have on fat loss?
why do people recommend against drinking a shake before cardio when its done post workout?
would it be beneficial to have a protein shake/chocolate milk during a high intensity cardio session? what about during low intensity cardio?
