Anyone use dried skimmed milk for gaining muscle mass theres about 33% protein the same as whey. Let me know your thoughts.
I don’t believe it’s as good as whey. I also read (but can’t remember where or how long ago) that powered milk even fat free is somehow denatured and harmful to the arteries as in causing arteriosclerosis similar to trans fats due to the process of making into a powder.
what would be the benefit of drinking dried skimmed milk over drinking… milk? Is it a convenience thing?
