Hello all,
This log is to keep me accountable. I need some motivation too, so why not post a log seen by a couple thousand?

Played sports all my life, so somewhat coordinated. Also been training for around 3 years.

Best Lifts:
Squat: 485x1
Bench: 350x1
Deadlift: 545x1

Gain muscle, lose fat. Simple as that. Working with a level 2 poliquin taught trainer, so won’t post much of my workouts, but will post all cardio and food intake. I will start this tomorrow.
