A little background:
I am 24 years old and have been training consistently for about 4-5 years and have been using 531 for about a year and a half. I like the simplicity and effectiveness of the program and fits in well with my work schedule (40+ hours a week). While working with this program my Bench has gone from 235-270, Squat 315-365, Military Press 155-185, and Deadlift 465-515. With the new year just starting I have some big goals I want to accomplish and thought it would be fun to track my progress on here.
