To the OP, Short term to get healthy and stay healthy so I can once again be a stud.
Long term, be a great daddy and be able to retire by 60 with out changing my lifestyle. I was shooting for 55, but now I have another kid on the way and that makes it tougher. Plus, I want to be working as long as I have kids at home.
A house on Lake Coeur 'd Alene would be nice too.
