Dr. Jordan Grant on Daily Cialis?

I saw in one of Danny’s videos Dr. Grant mention that he believes in daily Cialis but he did not really expand on the topic…

I’m not sure if he still visits this board but if so would love to hear an expansion on why and any relevant research.

@dbossa

He also mentioned does not like dhea and preg if am not mistaken. Curious on this too? I tend to agree with this.

I sent him a screen of this… said he will write a post when he has a chance. Pretty sure he’s ok with DHEA but I don’t think he’s sold on pregnenelone.

Is it ok that dhea is low normal on trt? That’s what I want to know.

Imo it’s low normal because we are on exo T and don’t need dhea to convert to t.

@dbossa

Simple answer: You CAN supplement with DHEA and see if you feel better with it. If you notice a benefit, then by all means. I frankly don’t feel the slightest bit of difference with or without it at a higher dose. However, when I was at a lower dose, I felt a benefit with DHEA.

Even if you don’t feel any better or the same does the body need a normal level of dhea for things we don’t know about.

There is definitely nothing wrong with supplementing if you are low. It’s debatable if you should supplementing if you are mid-high to be ‘optimized’ for DHEA.

I can’t speak for him, but many doctors TRT/HRT consider PDE5 inhibitors one of the best (some say the best) things you can do for your heart. All about blood flow. You may or may not know that Viagra was originally intended to be a blood pressure medication. When they discovered this little side effect, which turned out to be not that little, they changed directions very quickly.

I definitely like the daily tadalafil I added about 6mos ago. It made a slight improvement in BP, but the real difference adding it to my NO stack of Lcitrulline, Larganine, and Beta Alanine my vascularity has improved greatly…and great wood to boot!

Thank you Sir…

Hey I saw in another thread that you have been on some type of T protocol for over 20 years…

If you don’t mind my asking…Everything cool in the bedroom?

No, I’ve been on TRT for seven years. I do, however, know AAS/PED guys who simply stayed on test when discontinuing anabolics, and have been on for 30+ years.

As for the bedroom, let me go ask my wife. She’s changing into a lace nightgown………

Word.

I was thinking about adding l citrulline to my daily Cialis. But i just take an extra 5mg for extra fun.
@88tc88 how would I add the citrulline? Take with it or before sex?

I’ve been on TRT for almost 7 years. And as far as how things are in the bedroom, it’s great. I sleep like a log.

I know longish time users as well, however I am youngish. Most of these lifters are 20s and 30s. Many of them take high doses year round stuff like 300 Test / 700 EQ or 500 mg test, 1 g test. These are strong lifters.

Out of the guys you know who have done this for 30+ years, how many of them were there, what doses do you think they ran as cruise, as blast, any die early, cause of death (heart, liver, kidney)?

Just curious on this. Some will make it sound that these guys are a year from death, but the golden era guys seemed to on average live a normal life span (aside from a few like the Mentzers).

About a dozen. All alive, I’d say about half in phenomenal shape. I can speak as to their steroid programs in the day. I just know when they stopped synthetic anabolic steroids they stayed on testosterone, 200mg a week and have been doing that for a long time.

Cialis is good all around. I take 2.5mg every day, and cant do more or I wake up too often with hard ons that require me to do some squats for it to go down. Its a wonder drug. Great as an antidepressant too. Plus it helps with the T/E ratio that brings goodness to our lives.

I take my NO stack twice a day. Once prior to workout and once in the evening.

I’m on daily 5mg Cialis and starting feeling better right after taking it, in fact I heard Cialis can increase T naturally in people with metabolic syndrome.
