My first attempt at keeping a log of my training. I have been lifting and training for many years now and have never tried to log what I have done. I believe the time is now since I am starting to notice I am becoming unmotivated to head to the gym after a gruelling 9 hour day in -20 degrees, building houses. This is my introduction to whoever is reading. I am starting a 50+ week program, starting in the next day or two.
