Double Up?

Is there any problem with doing say a TBT workout in the morning and then doing a cardio workout at night on two of my three workout days? My schedule is so crammed that the only way I can get in cardio at least three days a week is to double up on two days.

I would say that it’s ok if they’re spaced 6-8 hours apart, which seems to be the case here. Also make sure to adjust calorie needs accordingly, especially if you’re bulking.
