So I’ve been taking a double dose of Surge during a winter bulk and have enjoyed it. So much so, that I don’t want to give it up for the Spring.
Does anyone have any recommendations on how to time the double dose of Surge when using cardio at the end of a lifting session. I’m thinking:
Drink 1st dose pre/during lifting.
Finish 1st does by end of lifting session.
2nd dose after cardio is complete.
Does this seem right. Is double dosing Surge while doing cardio a waste?
