CT, For overall gains you mention training requires that you split your training into synergistic groups. Is it possible to train shoulders and traps together on there own day or would it perhaps lead to over training?

-Legs

-Chest/triceps

-Back/Biceps

-Shoulders/traps

That’s fine, traps are synergistic to the delts and back and thus can be trained with either muscles.
