Hey coach! What’s your opinion on doing a full body program 3 times per week plus double stimulation training for enhanced protein synthesis and recovery? For example let’s say that i’m running The Waterbury Method on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and i add the double stimulation training on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. Should i do this and should i expect great results? Thanks in advance!
Obviously not the coach but since you will already be working each muscle group 3x per week double stimulation training is likely not very beneficial in this instance. Obviously your welcome to try this idea but from my understanding it’s more designed for those using split training.
